Strands of Elegance Leadership Development and Cotillion Program
The Leadership Development & Cotillion Program provides comprehensive training designed to cultivate social, service and critical life skills that will help create responsible leaders, sustainable friendships and cultural experience. Additionally, it helps improve social skills and the debutantes emerge as young ladies who share common goals – the most important being to further their education.
During the 2025–2026 program year, our Debutantes participated in a transformative leadership journey focused on service, scholarship, cultural enrichment, etiquette, and personal development. Through workshops, community engagement, and the culminating Cotillion Ball, participants strengthened their confidence, leadership skills, and commitment to serving others.

The Debutante and Escort participants gave back to the North Fulton community by creating Purses of Purpose and Bags of Love filled with toiletries to serve the unhoused population in collaboration with Zion Missionary Baptist Church
